Tandem Winemaker Dinner with Greg La Follette

Monday May 5th, Sunset & Vines proudly presents a dinner with Proprietor/Winemaker Greg La Follette of Tandem Winery. Tandem is a premier producer of vineyard designate wines, primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Greg has quite a history in California winemaking, having been part of the original winemaking team at Flowers Vineyards of Sonoma, acclaimed as one of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir producers in California. He has studied and worked with some of the giants of the wine world, and has to a great extent now achieved "giant" status for himself.
Seating is limited to 40 guests, so early reservations are definitely recommended.
Dinner will begin with a "Welcome Reception" at 6:30, followed by a 4 course dinner served on our Lakeside Terrace Dining Room overlooking Lake Las Vegas.

Espresso Infused Filet Mignon with Blackberry-Pinot Noir Reduction…

Fourth Course…
Trio of artisan Italian Cheeses
Chianti stewed cherry-currant compote, fresh grapes, sliced French baguette & crackers
Wine: 2003 Tandem “Gabrielli Vineyard” Sangiovese, Redwood Valley
4 ounces of wine will be served with each course…
